Alpha fittings, often found in our high-end and delicate pieces, consist of a secure housing mechanism that grips the earring post snugly. This design provides enhanced security, making it less likely for the earring to come loose or fall out, which is particularly beneficial for heavier or more valuable earrings. On the other hand, Butterfly fittings are the more traditional and widely recognized earring backs. These fittings are named for their butterfly-shaped metal piece that slides onto the earring post. While they are easier to use and very reliable, they may not provide the same level of security as Alpha fittings, especially for heavier pieces. In summary, if you are looking for a more secure option, especially for valuable or heavier earrings, we recommend Alpha fittings. However, if you prefer a more common and user-friendly option, Butterfly fittings are an excellent choice. To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.

You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
